windows 7 install problem

any one help please useing a
windows 7 64bit own on a BIOSTAR
MCP68S SAM3 DDR3-1333 PCX OBS OBV\


pc boots fine go to install win 7 were it should come up with pick country keyboard layout etc the first install pick the screen is the the windows install back ground but no drop down boxs any ideas please

can you try a different windows 7 disk

Run memtest to check the ram also.
