I have Windows 7 Pro 64bit on one disk, one full partition.
I know I can shrink the partition on windows. Can I then simply boot from the linux CD and install on the 'spare' space?
Second option, if I leave the Windows partition as is, but add a second hard disk. Can I then install Linux on the second disk or does it still need to be installed on the primary disk?
Disks are SATA if relevant - or even if it isn't!
