Windows 7 is booting painfully slow

Hey guys !
My windows is booting painfully slow, it's been 3 or more years since i installed it and haven't had a fresh install since, is there a way i could fix this ?
I do have antivirus AVG. I also manage start up applications regularly, but there are just some basic ones like Skype, Fraps, Steam, Deamon Tools, Core tempeure, SoundMax, and AMD Catalyst.
I have decent PC 6GB ram and 3.2 GHz intel core i7.

Any ideas ?

Definatly a Fresh Format it will be lighting quick its well over due

Did you recently add any new drives to your computer? I remember a new hard drive (caused booting problems).

If you don't fancy formating install and run the following:

CC Clean
Spybot
MyDefrag
