Got a problem with windows 7,
had it up and running thursday and today i noticed i was using a lot of ram. checked task managers and found a program called trustedinstaller.exe using up 2gb of my 4gb ram, at the time i was installing updates from microsoft but i thought it was very strange. so left it and once updates had completed and pc restarted it was still there using up 1gb this time but still loads of ram and i dont kno what the program is there for.
Any idea how to remove the program if it is not needed or reduce the amount of memory it is using?
Regards luke
