Windows 7 issue

hello guys ive been having this issue from 2 days ago and still cant get the problem sorted, all the fonts on windows 7 have changed and they are blurry and hard to read in the windows 7 control panels everything is tiny... In google chrome and firefox you can zoom in and the fonts are ok but very poor quality ive tried resetting the fonts back to normal and a few other things but nothing has worked??

Please help guys
