Windows 7 Jump List/Multiple Monitors

99% sure this doesn't exist but would be incredibly useful.

Adding 'Move to next monitor' to the jump list for applications.

Looked at Ultramon but doesn't appear to be any Jump List support yet.

Ultramon has it's own Jump list (as it were), look in the top right hand corner were minimize and close buttons are, there should be another one, when you click it, a drop window will show your monitors, just click the one you want the app to move to and job done?
