Windows 7 kernal power error ?

Hi bit of a problem with my pc it completely suddenly restarts even when system idle, no warning just straight to post screen
all main drivers updated also, bios flashed to newest.

These are the specs below:
ATHLON 64 X2 - 4400 + ,3 sata hdds, 4 GB DDR PC3200 - ARCTIC 500W PSU - WIN 7 64 BIT -

Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this error?

Does it reboot every 2 hours by any chance? Type 'winver' in the search bar and open it. If it says 'evaluation copy - expires 1-3-2010' then stop using a dodgy pirate copy
