windows 7 local security policy

Ok so I've managed to lock my pc down for all users and every bit of software and executable...

I changed a setting thinking it would only work for the user logged in at the time in the local security policy and now even with admin account can't change it back!

The setting changed was where you can allow access just to the executables named in the list..

Any ideas guys?

Applocker? stop the applocker service then check this if you still have problems:
