Windows 7 - locked PC

A Windows 7 PC has been locked by a user but I can't figure out how i get unlcok the PC as an admin. Usually I thought you get the usual message of "only this user or an admin can unlock the PC" but in Windows 7 it only appears to be the user.

Anyone tell me how to unlock a PC that can been locked by a user?

that button does if the user locks their PC :/

Do you have some sort of group policy which blocks the log on as other user option?

Of course, unless the user has critical info on the desktop that hasn't been saved...

Which won't save anyway if he logs in as a different (admin) user.

...in which case the user should be shot on site, and as skyfall said it wouldn't be saved anyway.
