Windows 7 Media Center Zoom Issue

Does this always default to full screen? Whenever 4:3 content came on in Vista it would switch automatically, this seems not to be the case in Windows 7. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a solution?

I'm using a Compro E700 DVB-T tuner card.

It's never been automatic for me - not in XP, Vista or 7.

I find Zoom 4 to be best for 4:3 stuff. If you have a computer screen (16:10) rather than a tv screen (16:9), I'd leave it on Zoom 4 - it'll leave 16:9 stuff alone, and look good with 4:3 stuff.

Interesting. When using vista, and watching a show broadcast in 4:3, such as scrubs, or friends for example, it would scale to 4:3 correctly and then back to 16:9 through any ads and programs broadcast as such.

AFAIK I just left it on zoom 1 and it sorted itself out. Perhaps I should try loading the compro drivers from their site rather than the automatically installed ones.
