Windows 7 multi install

I have just got a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit - OEM from OcUK. if i install it on a PC and a laptop will i need two COA's or with me been one user is that ok?

it always say a cope of Windows is for one user, well i am one user but i have more that one device.
 
ok thanks for the info. as i plan on building a AMD X6 or intel I5 in the next 2 months i will save this for that machine as the one i am using will be dismantled for the SSD and ram
