Windows 7 Native Resolution Problem

Well, I have that Hanns G 28" monitor which was working fine until this morning.

The native resolution is 1920x1200, which it has been running at perfectly fine since I got the monitor. Now today the max resolution I can select is 1600x1200.

I have an NVIDIA 9600GT. I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling the drivers etc but no good.

Has anyone by any chance had this happen before or know the solution?

Any help is appreciated.

All i cant think of is going to nVidia control panel, and making sure the resolution is correct, on my card, there is also an option to enter a custom resolution, maybe that will work. Then again I have the GTX260, which is quite a bit later. Give it a try anyway, hope this helps.

Got it in the end. Faulty graphics card.

Looks like a replacement is in order.
