Last summer I bought windows 7 OEM, now I want to upgrade my MOBO if I buy an upgrade disk e.g Win 8 or Win 7 ultimate, will I be upgraded to a full license or will it still be OEM.
I am considering the Win 8 upgrade, but don't really see its worth it if it is still OEM.
If I used the upgrade disk (Win 8) to do a clean install will it then be a full license and be able to install it on as many different PC as you can usually.
I am very confused on windows upgrade laws.
