Recently in my windows 7 install, whenever i launch any program an 'Open With' dialogue box comes up, meaning i can't start any programs. Is there a way to solve this without reinstalling windows?
You could try running the system file checker. Open a command prompt as an Admin and type sfc /scannow and hit return. When it's finished restart your machine.
