Windows 7 OS boot from mobile phone?

As the title says is it possible to transfer my windows 7 os file to my mobile memory then boot from it via usb on a new made computer? Thanks Jon

Well i downloaded the os and i have the file, now i want to use it to boot windows on annother pc.
I have a windows 7 key but no disc thats why i downloaded it.

Use the Windows 7 to USB Utility.
