Windows 7 - Problems?

Anyone who moved to windows 7 64 or 32bit have any problems with software or drivers that did not work ?

anyone who moved to windows 7 find certain aspect of it are worst than in XP ? for example the control panel ?

I am specifcally asking people who have problems with it, not the windows 7 fan boys.
