Windows 7 retail, useable if I change my PC?

Just a quick question,

If I buy Windows 7 for my current PC, will I have to buy another copy if I build another PC to replace my old PC?

Full retail licenses are transferable between PC's providing they aren't used concurrently. That is, if you move over to a new PC it will have to be removed from the old.
