Windows 7 Running Slow Message? help?

Hey Guys,

i need some advice i keep getting that Message "windows 7 is running slowly would you like to turn aero off"

personally i would like to know why, i mostly notice it atfter playing WoW or doing wow if i alt tab.

Now my machine is no slouch, in my eyes,

I7 940 @ 2.9
ASUS OC Palm
6GB DDR3 1333mhz
570GTX
300GB Raptor
640GB Caviar
1000w Cosair PSU

Windows 7 Home prenium Farily about 8 months old install?

Ive run Kaspersky 2011, Malwarebtyes nothing.

No odd activity in background

I dont have any custom software as such
installed:
Office 2011
games
pidgin
Teamviewer.

thats it.

I play at 2560x1600 Ultra on WoW maybe graphic card running out of memory? as My RAM only gets to 3GB used playing wow.

It is probably windows noticing that it is getting low on resources running WOW, WOW not restoring resources back to windows after closing, etc. Nothing to worry about.

I get this with certain games too. Oddly it happens more often on some less demanding games and not on GPU busters.
