Windows 7 slow performance message?

I keep getting this message when im playing games mostly?

I have plenty of ram (8GB) which never exceeds 4.5 gb when gaming, and i also have a 8 gb page file.

Why im i keep getting this message advising me to change windows 7 to basic, starting to annoy me now, been doing it a lot in recent weeks?

Would you say it's around the same time you changed your pagefile to 8GB fixed?

Also, some games and applications automatically disable Aero when you launch them. Is it application specific?

Em possibly, i did move the PF to another drive to free up my OS SSD space, but as i have 8gb and i dont go over 4.5gb the page files wouldn't be touched would it?.

As for specific, its been doing on wow a lot lately, i haven't played anything else lately, but im sure it was doing it with other games a few months back
