Windows 7 slow start up despite SSD

i7, 16 Gig SSD system in sig. Boots up to windows log in at lightning speed. And yes after password enteretd it thnks about it for one minute until desktop pops up. Blastred infuruiating. Very simple machine with office/windows 7 and a few games. Didnt use to do this btu started recently. Prior to this power on to desktop (after POST) was about ten seconds. Now it is about minute and a half

I seem to recall there is a way to detemine which application is slowing the machine down at boot up.

Any ideas where ths app or procedure is please guys?

check msconfig for any startup entries you dont need or know about.

Sounds like its loading login dependant apps, have you installed or updated anything recently?
