My system has two hard drives fitted and one has win 7 64bit.
I downloaded some windows updates including Service Pack 1 and now it crashes on startup when the animated windows logo appears.
The start up repair tool is unable to fix the problem and system restore fails to complete. What can i do to cure this?
PS i cannot see safe mode appear in the list after attempting a restart after the crash all i have is start normally and or some kind of repair tool.
