Windows 7 Starter question

With windows 7 starter there is no multimonitor support.

If this was on a netbook which has a VGA out connected to another monitor / projector what would happen in this situation?

Would the screen image be displayed only on the external montitor / projector, (obviously not on both screens as usual), or no image on the external monitor at all?

Basically just want to know if I get a windows 7 starter netbook will I be able to connect it to a bigger monitor for work at home and work from that.

It will let you connect to a projector, monitor etc but not support say 2 monitors with an extended display over them.

No sweat, also as far as I'm aware it will display simultaneously on the laptop and external display, as this isn't multi-monitor.
