Windows 7 student upgrade.

Hi

Looking on the tinternet I seem to be getting mixed information regarding the licence of a student upgrade.

I currently have a vista home premium OEM licence on my computer and would like to take advantage of the student upgrade.

Now my question, If i took advantage of this offer would I recieve an OEM or Retail licence. I am a tweaker so it is likely that I would be changing motherboard quite often so its a deal breaker for me.

Upgrades take on the same license type as the OS it is replacing. So your Student Upgrade would become an OEM installation.
