Windows 7 taskbar & Dual screens

Hi

I had a trial version of 'Actual Multiple Monitors' which worked very well. It had a normal windows 7 taskbar on my second screen but it also only kept windows on the 2nd taskbar which were on the 2nd screen. To renew this I have to pay $40 which I will do unless there are any free or cheaper alternatives?

I tried ultramon but it diddnt seem to work very well with windows 7?

Any ideas?

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? used to work with ultramon which was also a trial version

Ive been using Ultramon for over a year with w7 without any issues

are there any of these that open from the task bar (start menu) on the screen it was selected on?

Yeah I have display Fusion and it's great! It does indeed have a "start" button on the additional monitors! It's a great program and for 25 its one of the few trials that I have bought the full version of!

i saw a friend using this, but as soon as they opened start on the second display, clicked a program, it opened on the primary display.
