Hi All,

Just wondering if it's possible to have a pinned button on the taskbar which brings up a list of programs to launch. Say for example you could have the microsoft office icon on your taskbar which, when click, brings up a jumplist containing links to word, excel, powerpoint, etc?

Regards,
Antar.

It's something like this (not entirely sure because using XP at work): right click task bar > toolbars > new toolbar

Then link it to a folder containing all the shortcuts you want (eg. office programs). At home I use this for games and apps.

Yarp... Like this!!..

Make a directory and put the shortcuts in it:

Wrongclick the taskbar and select 'Toolbars' - 'New Toolbar' then Browse for it:

Unlock your taskbar and move it arround, and customise it (I've 'Show Text' 'Show Title' and then minimised it to as small as possible!!)

Easy Peasy.. :)

I have forgotten the santax used to make a directory in C:\. Years ago under win 3.1 I had to do it under DOS, but Win 7 does not have it.
