Windows 7 Theme Patcher

Hello,
I remember hearing late last year about a program whcih patches your theme files so your able to use custom themes but one that didn;t require a restart. Anyone know what is was called and where I can get it?

I can't remember, but one does exist. I used it successfully to make 7 look more like Vista, it wins.

Will try and hunt it down.

Assume instructions are with it somewhere which should unlock the ability to use other themes.
