Windows 7 ultimate 64bit OEM

Hi everyone, just got a quick question about Windows 7 ultimate OEM. I tried to install it on a Dell XPS M1330 laptop last night and there seems to be issues with drivers not being available for it so I removed it.

It did however activate on the install and I am wondering if I can still re-use this copy for a different laptop?

Hmm, odd one. On the face of it I'd assume you're technically stuck but personally I'd try it on a different computer and then call the activation number if you have any problems.

Two lessons to learn really. Don't activate until everything is working, and OEM copies are certainly not worth bothering with when the retail is only a few quid more.
