Windows 7 update slow?

Installed it on a friends PC last night but windows update was running SLOWWWWLY. As in 1% done after 15mins or so. Are the MS servers being hammered as it is the first day of release or were other people fine updating it?

Boo! Means I'll have to go and have another look!! Everything else works fine and I've been using Windows 7 for months and not seen an issue but was hoping it was just a jammed network

Wish you could still use the website to update machines.

Could just be your net connection - certainly wouldn't worry about it... leave it going overnight or something?
