I'm after some advice on how the Upgrade licence works if you plan to use it multiple times (not for multiple installs active at the same time).
Does it lock to the licence type of first upgrade? Or to the licence type of most recent upgrade?
E.g. install it on an old computer with Windows XP OEM. Then when switch computers, downgrade the old computer back to Windows XP before using the Win7 Upgrade on a Vista Retail version computer, etc.
