I've just bought a new netbook which comes with Windows 7 starter. I want to upgrade this to home premium but just wanted to know the best/cheapest way to do it.

I've read that I can purchase an 'anytime upgrade' which is basically just a license key to upgrade from starter to home premium. This seems the cheapest way but then I won't have a windows 7 HP dvd for reinstallations in the future. Can these be ordered as long as you have the upgrade key etc?

Am I better off buying a different version?

Thanks

Did you not receive any discs with your netbook? Would simply be a case of reinstalling 7 Starter and using the Anytime key again I assume.

No discs whatsoever. Plus the standard Windows 7 starter build has more bloated crap than you could ever imagine. That's why I'm thinking of just buying a full copy of home premium. That way I can have a clean, fresh install rather than upgrading the bloated standard build each time.
