Windows 7 Upgrade Voucher - Question

I haven't found a post about this, so i just want to make sure.

When i buy 'Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-Bit - OEM + Windows 7 Upgrade Voucher ' i'm basically buying Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit right? So when it comes out, i get it for free?

Yes you get a free upgrade but, given that you'll be able to pre-order Windows 7 for £50 from Wednesday, that's a much better option.

Either survive with whatever OS you have until the October release or install the W7 beta to tide you over.

Is that for Windows 7 Home Premium? Or for Basic. (£50.)

I wish i would have waited for a reply, i bought the Vista + voucher yesturday.

As Memphis confirmed, it's for Home Premium.

Just return the Vista you bought for a refund within seven days of receipt.
