Windows 7 upgrade?

I have Vista home premium 64 bit so would this be suitable
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Upgrade Edition would it need a clean in stal?

Also is worth paying the extra for ultimate?

Ultimate is a waste if your just going to use it at home tbh.

generally home premium is fine for most people, with professional covering for 99% of the people home premium isnt good enough for.

Yep, I've been on home premium since it came out, and I cant think of any situation where I wished for the features of the more expensive versions. (My main useage is games and uni work)
