Quick question - due to a certain set of cirumstances, I've got my windows 7 ISO which I can only access from Linux Mint on a Live DVD. Does anyone know of a tool like the Windows USB - DVD tool, which allows you to put the DVD image on to a bootable USB. Anyone know of a program than can perform the same task on Linux?

Cheers,

MD

PS - I've got no blank DVDs at the mo, so can't do it the obvious way neithers.

meh ...

dd if=win7Install.iso of=/dev/sd[x]

where sd[x] can be sdc, i.e. your USB drive in /dev/sdc

NOT sdc1!!!!

i.e. if x is c

dd if=win7Install.iso of=/dev/sdc

---- on reboot, hit Fkey to select boot device, or do it on the bios
