I recently isntalled windows 7 and I'm having a lot of problems with my USB ports.
Occasionally, normally in Heroes of Newerth, my wireless connection will drop. I will be the only person on the network to disconnect, and afterwards the wireless network finder, and the USB pen itself will both stop working. If I remove the USB pen and place it back in a USB port the internet will still not work until after I restart.
My other USB ports still work, things like my USB headset and USB keyboard and mouse are all fine, I have installed all the latest motherboard drivers, wireless drivers and got all the windows updates, everything is up to date (I'm not sure about BIOS but all the horror stories I've heard of it make me not want to change anything :/) My iPod occasionally stops working/goes dodgy but that is it.
I'm using a Netgear WG111 v3 USB pen. I have a Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2 mobo, too.
Any one else having similar problems/know of any fixes?
