Windows 7 - Useful utilities

Hey guys, can anyone recommend any useful utilities for tweaking/optimizing windows 7? Preferably free ones.

All i have so far is CCleaner, Spybot S&D, Microsoft Security Essentials.

Whats everyone else using?

ultimate windows tweaker

Tweak 7 I was told in another post that version was free, but it has demo in the file name. That seems odd if you ask me.

Once you've got CCleaner, Defraggler, Malware Bytes and WSE There isn't much more I can recommend except Tune Up Utilities
