Looking through my archive I have the following files + keys

7000.0.081212-1400_client_en-us_Ultimate-GB1CULFRE_EN_DVD.iso
(32bit?)

7000.0.081212-1400_client_en-us_Ultimate-GB1CULXFRE_EN_DVD.ixo
(64bit?)

7100.0.090421-1700_x86fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULFRER_EN_DVD.iso
(build 7100)

No idea what is what .. Can I still install these betas / Which should I go for ?

Build 7100 is the RC. The Build 7000's won't work as Microsoft have killed off the Beta Keys (it'll restart constantly if you install them).

So Build 7100 is what you'd want to install.

The Windows 7 Release Candidate is no longer available to download from Microsoft. However, there is a Windows 7 Enterprise 90-day trial out which you can download from here. It's the RTM version of Windows 7 which is the final release. By the time the trial runs out, Windows 7 would have been released to the public so if you have pre-ordered it, you should receive your copy of Windows 7 that day which would be the 22nd of October. If you haven't already put an order in for Windows 7, I would defiantly look at putting one in whilst the the pricing is very good.
