Windows 7 wont install updates on VM

i have setup a windows 7 32bit VMware instance, its activated but wont install any windows updates, just displays the error below

Windows could not search for new updates

Code 8007000E

I have tried it on a other PC just to check but still the same.

Solved, if anyone else needs it, these 2 updates kick windows update back into action, bottom one is superceded but links to another update
