Windows 7 ?

Hi All I,ve just been reading about Windows 7 and must say it looks very good , i want to know when is its expected to be released as a retail product ? i heard it was 2010 or am i right in thinking i saw or read it has been pushed forward to summer 2009 ?

The Beta expires in August if that helps...
