i have an Abit an52 motherboard and i am trying to run windows 7 on it , everything is running fine apart from i cant get the driver for the marvel yukon ethernet controller , i have tried Nvidia's aite for the drivers but they wont go in and run , any ideas ? cheers

I've got a Marvel Yukon Gigabit ethernet controller on my DS3 and Win7 just installed the drivers straight away? Can you bang in a generic PCI ethernet card to go online, then rightclick on the device in device manager, and select search for driver online? I've found Win7 is pretty good in this respect, to get something going atleast.

cheers mystique but i cant get online with windows 7 so i cant update that way

sorry loadsamoney i have already tried those drivers and it says there are no drivers for 32 bit sothey didn't work for me

Sorry to hijack.

Never even heard on Windows 7 until now, how is this available and is it worth upgrading from Vista

extract this to a folder, then use device manager and 'update driver', point it at the folder you extracted to.

http://www.marvell.com/drivers/files/yk60x86_v10.66.4.3.zip

that's the only driver i can see on their site
it covers 2000,xp,xp64,vista32,vista64

Windows 7 uses Vista drivers fine

nice one bledd , working perfectly now , only been searching for the drivers myself for a week lol , cheers mate , u are the shiznits :)
