Annoyingly I can only find 1 user editions of the disk and its pretty expensive if they can only be installed once. I was just wondering if once I installed this on one pc and later built a new one if I move the old hard drive to the new build would my windows 7 still work for this?

As far as I know you can install it with any disc as long as you use your own key.

Well, it can't be an OEM and it has to be the same version as the one you installed - Home Premium 32 bit or whatever.

officially oem can not be moved from computer to computer (fixed to motherboard)
retail can be moved

note in both cases only one system can have the code being used

It depends on the license you purchased. If you have an OEM license you cannot transfer the license to a new motherboard, you can swap all other components apart from the motherboard. A retail license can be transferred to an infinite number of machines as long as it's not running on more than one computer at a time.
