Windows 7077 Sleep problems

Just installed Windows 7 on my Media Centre (nVidia 630i chipset) and the PC cant entre sleep. When it trys to enter it wakes up 1 second later!

Anyone else have sleep probs?

check you dont have away mode enabled in the sleep settings

Edit:
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings > Change advanced settings

Down the bottom of the next page, check the sharing settings
