windows 8.1 auto minimize?

Hi

I've finally installed windows 8.1 onto a new workstation and using it remoting... it seems to auto minimize applications when it thinks I'm not using them, anyway of stopping this from happening?

I have had some weird auto minimising on some of my programs too, mainly games and it is really annoying.

A fix a lot of people mention is turning off Aero peek, so maybe it's worth a shot?

It didn't work for me though.
