windows 8.1 BSOD problem

just changed motherboards and installed 8.1. im not getting frequent bsod's and i cant seem to fix it. i think its the network drivers judging from the minidump but i i dont really know what im doing.

can anyone help as its driving me mad?

thats what i thought it was but i have, also have an intel wifi card in there but its currently disabled so i dont see how it could be it.
 
i have ish, intel no longer support the card so its using the most uptodate driver that MS offer. i would like the think its not the cause but im running out of things to try.
 
think ive figured it out, i use netlimiter and it appears that i wasnt using the most up to date and 8.1 friendly version.

updated yesterday and so far no crashes.
