Windows 8.1 not showing up in store

ive tried all day all the updates are updated but still no update showed instore....anyone got any ideas....i am running windows 8 pro with a volume licence thanks

so i need to download the full version of the 8.1 from microsoft?

says i might need to install a clean installation of windows .....sack that ill stick to windows 8.....to much bother
