Windows 8.1 over Windows 7 ??

It doesn't detract from W8 being fine as an OS though.

99% of software/game/OS have some sort of bug/s when released

I disagree there, I have gone from one OS to the next, and overall I have found that I preferred the new OS, in particular the jumps to XP and Win 7 for me were pleasant jumps. The jump from Win 7 to Win 8.1 for me has been far less so. I have never had such a desire to un-install and revert to a previous OS as I have had this time. That said I will give it more time to try and force myself to like it..... as it has got some nice features, but I just don't like the look and feel as much (maybe with a lot of tweaking this can be improved)
