Windows 8.1 preview problem

Hi gentlefolk, have just tried to install the above, the uk version but it sticks on c:\\windows\syswow64\rundll.32.exe and c:\\windows\syswow64\mscories.dll install. tired googling but nothing any of your good selves have an answer please, thanks in advance

Clean install with an ISO you burned yourself?
