Windows 8.1 Pro 0x0000003B

Basically my system began to crash after updating to 8.1 and when I started up a game. I went into safe mode and uninstalled default windows drivers as I already had the latest AMD drivers and it seemed to fix it. I retrieved the following from bluescreenview.
