Windows 8.1 tablet - Touchpad app

Is it possible to get some sort of app that will give me a touch pad on my windows 8.1 tablet

I've had a search of the store and can't really find anything - Just looking for an on screen touch pad

Only thing I know of is http://www.lovesummertrue.com/touchmousepointer/en-us/ and probably doesn't work too well with apps rather than desktop use.

(Never used it myself).
