windows 8 demo on new rig

I am building a new rig next week but i don't have enough for windows 7 yet, is it possible to use windows 8 as my operating system temporarily until i have enough for windows 7, windows 8 demo is compatible with all windows 7 games so that is not a problem.

win 7 will run for 30 days on trial/unactivated mode upto 4 times (ie 120 days) if you google, before need to enter serial number
