Windows 8 explorer.exe popup - help

I'm getting the above popup when I boot windows. It seems that a couple of programs load into the system tray and then this appears. I click ok and the remaining programs load.

I've seriously got no idea as to what's going on here.

Any help/advice appreciated!!

I have disabled all start up programs from task manager, but it still happens.

No idea what was causing it - but a good old system restore sorted it out!
